My name is Yagnik Patel. I’m an international student at Sheridan College in Electronic Engineering Technician program. I’m from India and it is a much known country all over the world for its culture and tradition. It is the nation of oldest civilizations in the world around 4,000 years. The vital components of the Indian culture are good manners and civilized communication. India is a diverse country where people from different religions like Hindus, Muslims, and Christian etc.
live together as one and peacefully with their own separate cultures and traditions. Moreover, Indians are differing in their languages, foods, traditions, and rituals; however, they live with unity. The national language of India is Hindi, In spite of this there are almost 20 official languages are spoken daily in India in its various states and territories likes Gujarati in Gujarat, Punjabi in Punjab and Marathi in Bombay etc.Folks beliefs and follow various customs and traditions according to their own religions. Moreover, we celebrate our festivals according to our own cultures, rituals, pray to God, sing ritual songs, and do lots of activities. Variety of decades came but no one was so powerful to change our real Indian culture.
In addition, even after the modernization, the Indian people’s life style has been changed but they haven’t changed their culture and traditional values. For example, the culture of younger generation and older generation is still connected and it’s unbreakable. In nutshell, our culture always teaches us to behave well, respect elders, and always help the needy and poor people.
